In-house Services

HP LaserJet printers under warranty are repaired according to the terms of the product's warranty coverage.

Out of warranty printers will be diagnosed and a quote to repair will be provided within 3 business days.

A $95 diagnostic fee will apply to all in-house repairs.
 

Labor Rates

Standard Service Rate: $110.00 per hour

DesignJet Plotters: $150.00 per hour

Line Printers: $175.00 per hour

* No minumum , calculated in 15 minute increments
* Warranty: 90 days parts and labor
