Service Agreement

We are authorized and trained by Hewlett-Packard to repair HP LaserJet printers (including the Color LaserJets), HP DesignJet plotters, and HP DeskJet printers.

We provide high-quality, fast on-site response in the Greater Toronto Area and Waterloo regions. We offer 4 hour or next day service agreements on most products.

For a fixed cost, your equipment is covered against hardware failure. We include travel, labor and all parts in our agreement. Consumables are the only items you need to provide. We also include an annual preventative maintenance call in every LaserJet service agreement.
