We will confirm the warranty status of your HP product and begin the warranty process. If your warranty includes on-site service, we will log a service call for you. If your product has a depot (bench) warranty, we will ask you to ship the item to us. In some cases, we can arrange for on-site service (at additional cost) and perform the warranty repair at your location.

We are authorized and trained by Hewlett-Packard to repair HP LaserJet printers (including the Color LaserJets), HP DesignJet plotters, and by Lexmark to repair Lexmark laser printers.

We provide high-quality, fast on-site repair services in the Greater Toronto Area and the Guelph/Kitchener area. We offer 4 hour or next day response on most products.

Our Mississauga service center provides depot services for all of Canada.
